Organizational / Individual Consulting & Development
The aim is to help both organizations and individuals with growth and development.
Organizational Development
- Talent Assessment – how good is your team?
- Strategic Planning – does your organization have a plan? What is the supporting documentation and operating cadence behind that plan?
- Performance Management – how does your organization measure performance and hold departments and individuals accountable?
- Talent Management – does the organization have a succession plan? Does it train and develop employees? What is the review process like for employees? Is your team consistently losing good people?
- Culture Assessment – how good is the culture? People spend more time with their co-workers than with their families, so it’s more important than ever to create a culture based on teamwork, winning, and fun. People value work/life balance more than ever.
Individual Development
- Undergraduate Placement – despite good economies, it has recently been tough for qualified graduate candidates to find a job, or the best job possible after graduation. Let HHL help you find the right role at the right company.
- General Placement – Whether you are simply looking for a job or looking to top-grade your current job, we are here to help.
- Career Orientation Review – where are you? Where do you want to be? How do you get there?
- Coaching/Mentoring – HHL is fortunate to have had many solid mentors over the years. We want to give back and help up and comers along in their careers. Sometimes you need someone to lean on for an open ear, advice and a plan to grow.
